You can use SearchMyFiles, it's very good:
https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/search_my_files.htmlSearch the HTML files of the lulz threads (if you've saved them) for the fragment of the desired file name (or something describing the subject) and that'll help find the image. Also, earlier versions of this board didn't mangle the file names.
Searching through all saved HTML files will take time, but will easily find "piece of a furry" for example.

Went back through my archives and found the exact day cccd9 was banned. I think it was the 17or or 18th Jan 2011 around 4 o'clock or so. His weekly pony thread got spammed, he deleted it, made a new one, apparently that violated the "no new pony thread except on x weekday", obvious bullshit, and he got banned. He evaded for a bit over Tor (as you do), he was told to get on IRC and clear things up with the mods, but probably had no experience with it (I never used it either) and he just fucked off.
That was the birth of Equestria Daily.
