He's a Bio-Bot created Frankenstein style by an alternate dimension Egg-Man called Robotnik that also deals in flesh (based of the old Sonic show, but modernized in 3s). He's made from Sonic's cast off parts from when Sonic time travels by going backwards in time rom going fast. Sonic's body can't go back in time with him, the Speed Force only takes his soul back in time so as not to mess up with the time lines. Robotnik has figured out how to ignore the time lines and collect the empty bodies. He uses them to build Bio Bots like Green the Hedgehodg, and try to kill the real sonic. He wants Sonic's Speed force to power the ninth Chaos Emerald, which lets him fuze the timelines. This is basically the plot of Sonic Generations, and Sonic Prime is just a time echo from this. Anyways, Green the Hedgehog switched to the good guys, but, according to Sonic Mania Plus, it's mostly so he can cuck Sonic by being balls deep in Fiona. That's why Fiona has Sally Mae's Body as well. So yeah, that's why he has dick scars. All of him is scars, especially his soul which has been patched together from remnants of Sonic's soul stitched together by flickies.

But that all ended in my early 20s. I still remember watching it, not being me, not being able to think. Doing cruel things. Seeing all sort of monsters, being paralyzed by invisible things like immense dread out of no where.
And I remember never believing I'd be normal. that people were a mystery to me. Because I was missing things, like lacking some emotions people had.
When I was always acting, because there was no inner self. And it was like changing a lens to be whoever I needed to be to get what I wanted. When amusement for me was making a game of trying to manipulate and control people. And not caring about people's feelings, or even considering them.
When I thought I could do anything, and by never trying my best, if I failed it was always because I didn't do my best, not because my best wasn't good enough. When I was a prisoner to perfectionism.
And my ego was my god.
