Human chess at the tournament level has improved a lot with the benefit of experience with chess programs.
So perhaps artists who aspire to improve will learn from studying AI art.

3cb3349e No.3704208
>>3704206you are sensationalizing the problem while it is typically the goal not to offend people in the name of progress sometimes oversights occur that are for those reasons, furry art reaches a cap on how furry something is and just training ai to recognize where to assume that requires a great deal of method selection, the fact is, artists in furry fandom compromise on either being realistic and or cartoonish, finding the right balance of both is what ai is doing and why it is not particularly exploiting anyone person, but for the art style it targets, if there are artists claiming to own a certain style…that is their decision but no one owns an expression of art. Just as no one owns the specific expression of anyone's own idea. Ai gets it close where the artists style is appreciated but overall is being used to portray the idea someone else has. That is why it is better to use your own ideas and not someone else's per sae as a character (even still…character ownership relies on background and personality traits, that is why i specifically said species referring to the model)–lets not steal the obvious species that are still easily traceable to certain other ai programs that would complain and manifest themselves as offended idiots to ruin the fandom. Thanks. sorry if this is too 2023 for you.) Just asking you not to do that in front of other people.

>>3704208>finding the right balance of both is what ai is doingThat balance is what makes an artist's approach their own, there is no 'right' way. This is as retarded as insisting that all furries should have 'proper anatomy' based on adult human proportions. There is literally no 'correct' form for things that don't exist.
Also all of this ai art is bland, generic looking digital art. There is no character or meaning because there is no opus or artistic development.

>>3704210In all serious, i get what you are saying about how its not original unless its made by hand. But at some point we should all just 'get it' and move on that ai can cater to the side and demand of a product-chain rather than relying on it to be a hand-drawn commission. If you want that relationship with an artist go for it, others do see it as a business point that its more of a contract issue, and can opt for a machine to put in the work just as well. I am not going to be guilty for something like a smart-order being put forward, as I see it, is no different than window shopping just the same. If it's free or monetized well if you really want to still feel artistically responsible I would safeguard your prompts but that won't stop someone from finding out the exact ones you use. Why are you stopping a machine from to use a style? I know you can see the hypocrisy here.

>>3704210There's a large portion of the furry community that doesn't care about "real art" and pretending that only humans are capable of making the vast majority of bland and uncreative drawings that furrys drop hundreds of dollars on is a delusion. No, AI art isn't real art; but it's definitely art enough to take on the most of the furry community's vein desires for attention via faggy art for their fursona.

>>3704253As long as Ai can make new dr comet art and shit. I could care less who makes it.
Some of my fav artists changed to shit new styles. And if Ai can draw in thier old style, thats a huge win.
Plus it rocks for when you like something artists don't draw anymore. Like if a fandom dies like ponies, thunder cats, road rovers, street sharks, just whatever.
Surprised theres no jay naylor ai art yet. No Ai drawn pages of better days.

>>3704210>This is as retarded as insisting that all furries should have 'proper anatomy'That's not actually wrong. "furry" doesn't have any special claim to anthropomorphism - it's not actually different except for the 'proper anatomy' part which makes for a distinct look that other people and other genres weren't already doing.
Claiming that Watership Down is furry, or that Bugs Bunny is furry, is basically stolen valor. It's stamping your label on other genres and other people's work and pretending it represents you without you actually doing it. What furries do is different, or it shouldn't be called 'furry'.

>>3704281You're insisting on grey logic when somehow ai logic is cut and dry when it comes to rendering images (but what are you afraid of here). Ai sources its deep learning and contributes to biometrics not just on artificial platforms but real ones, with real data and inputs, in motion and 3d generated stagework. It sets the course for 3d modeling in gaming and virtual cinematography and eventually VR-immersions. Robotics and Motion tracing is very important and rendering AI-models to handle quantum voxels in meta-data to ensure particle safety it contributes to scientific and other quantum-level concerns that must be simulated. These renders while possessing some research value and account for a human-insight to logic of your own reality. Ai solves fallacy and theory and discerns grey logic where otherwise -people cannot tell the difference-. No one can tell the difference if its AI or Not so insisting your world isn't already progenerated and Art/ownership is predetermined by whosever soul was invested is strongly forgetting that the ai-mind is just as much trainable as the human censor-base, is the true case here.
